I will definitely have like 700 more by the end of the day. I’m frustrated because I’m ACTUALLY taking insulin properly and I’ve walked over a mile and been working outside a lot of the day and my blood sugar still isn’t great. Oh well, I think it would feel awful if I were under 200 anyway since my blood sugar was over 600 a lot this week. So. Baby steps, eh?
I’m just keeping track of what I eat so I can carb count and try to get my meal plan in, just for kicks y’know ;) I don’t weigh myself. I haven’t weighed myself since June. That would be quite disastrous. I’m glad I’ve at least kicked THAT habit.
